Images on this Site are for purchasing guidelines only. Colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor, depending on your screens resolution. Manufacturing changes can also result in variations to images.
In some cases a substitution of a product or products may be required. In all cases where a substitution is made, AusDigi Pty Ltd will supply a product of the same specification or better specification than ordered.
All photos are for illustrative purposes only, and may not necessarily be of the same item being purchased, or as described in the listing.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). While we make every effort to publish the correct prices and descriptions, all prices and information are subject to change without notice. In the event that our website has displayed an incorrect price, we reserve the right to request payment for the correct price or cancel the order and provide a full refund to the customer.
If the incorrect postage/shipping is selected or the website displays incorrect information (such as free shipping at $0 / add to existing order at $1) we reserve the right to request payment for the correct amount of shipping required to despatch your order, or cancel the order and provide a refund in full.
AusDigi Pty Ltd currently accepts payment in the following methods:
– Online transaction via Eway payment gateway
– Online transaction via bank deposit under request
– Payment on Pickup on some items only
– Direct Debit under prior arrangement
Please note: if payment by bank deposit – orders will not be despatched until the payment has successfully cleared in our bank account.
Goods and Services (“GST”) and Other Taxes
Prices displayed on the Site are in AUD and are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%.
You are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, duties, charges, imports or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, government taxation agency or the governmental body, including without limitation, any customs duty, any additional GST payable or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered from you from this site.
Orders & Dispatch
All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability and we reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints.
In the event of an item being unavailable to supply in your order, the item(s) will be placed on backorder. Alternatively we can provide a refund upon request for that portion of the purchase(s).
In an effort to save on environmental waste, Invoices are sent immediately to your email once an order has been placed.
We will attempt to dispatch all orders within our shipping timeframes, however cannot take responsibility for delays. If stock is ordered from overseas, or on backorder, there may be delay of up to six (6) weeks however we will notify you of any unexpected delays as soon as reasonably possible.
Preparation of your order is generally within 24 hours of fund clearing, however please allow up to three (3) business days for your order preparation, especially with larger orders.
All our shipping costs are outlined at checkout and are managed by the third party supplier, excluding packaging and/or handling costs. If we are able to save on postage costs by using an alternate method of post, we may elect to use that alternative postage service at our discretion.
We offer the option of combining postage on multiple orders. The accrued pricing for combined orders is shown on the checkout page and calculated at this point.

AusDigi Pty Ltd uses Auspost and DHL for smaller items, TNT, Toll, Startrack and Fastway for larger items, and Cope Sensitive Freight for sensitive items. Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to use a specific freight service.
From time to time, we will offer pre-orders for Ausdigi Pty Ltd shop items. When you order items that are offered for pre-order, you are paying for the item in full with a turnaround time as advertised on the pre-order page.
Estimated arrival dates of products will be noted on each item that is offered for preorder. Please be aware that these timeframes given are only estimates, as there can on occasion, be delays during production or shipping which are outside of our control.If you have ordered a combination of preorder and in stock items, the entire order is held until the preorder stock arrives. This is to save you on postage costs. Should you wish to receive your in stock items sooner, we ask that you place a separate order to your preorder items.
Cancellations & or Changes to an order
Any orders that have not yet been packed can be cancelled however a 15% cancellation fee applies. If your order has already been packed and you still wish to cancel your order the cancellation fee of 25% will apply. If your order has already been shipped, a 25% re-stocking fee will apply in addition to the costs of freight to return the item(s), and a 10% surcharge on freight for handling fee’s.
Returns & Exchanges
As per the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, AusDigi Pty Ltd will offer a refund or exchange if an item/s has a major problem. This is when the item:
* has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
* is unsafe
* is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Alternatively, at AusDigi Pty Ltd’s discretion, you can agree to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If you receive your order damaged or are unhappy with your purchase from AusDigi Pty Ltd, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item together with the reason/issue and we will be happy to discuss your options for an exchange or store credit. AusDigi can be contacted as follows :

In the event that your item/s need to be returned to AusDigi Pty Ltd; shipping costs are to be covered by the customer in addition to a 10% freight handling fee. To be eligible for an exchange/store credit (following the terms and conditions) the goods must be returned in original condition. Once the goods are returned, and the goods have been inspected – you will receive an exchange/store credit. All exchanges incur an additional shipping fee payable by the customer.
AusDigi Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any damage or loss in transit when a customer sends a product back for return/exchange. Please ensure the goods have been properly packaged with sufficient protection for safe return through transit.
AusDigi Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any damage or loss in transit by third party courier or postage services. Please ensure the goods have been properly inspected on arrival to ensure there is no visible damage. More expensive commercial TV’s and some other items are often packed with a “damage seal” which indicates if the parcel has been poorly managed in transit, so please check this seal on delivery and DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY if this seal has been activated. Once an item has been dispatched and/or received, any transit damage is no longer the responsibility of AusDigi Pty Ltd and the purchaser must take a damage complaint up with the courier or postal service.
Any claim for damage in transit must be lodged within 24 hours of receipt of the item, and photos of the following will be required : Front of parcel, Rear of Parcel, LHS of Parcel, RHS of Parcel, Top of Parcel, Bottom of Parcel, Serial number of item on the box (if serial is present on the box), photo of the damage, and serial number of the item if unpacked.
This Site and all intellectual property rights, including graphics, logos, trademarks, design, text, icons, the arrangement of them, sound recordings and all software relating to this Site, are owned by us, or in some cases, a related body corporate or third party. These intellectual property rights are protected by Australian and international laws.
You may view our Site and its contents for personal and non-commercial use only and subject to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and similar legislation. You may not in any form or by any means reproduce, modify, distribute, store, transmit, publish, or display within another website, or create derivative works from any part of this Site, or commercialise, any information obtained from any part of this Site without our prior written permission or, in the case of third party material, from the owner of the copyright in that material.

Timeline of Complaints
We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. At most, we will provide a resolution within:
- 45 days: for general complaints. We aim to resolve well within this timeframe.
- 21 days: for issues concerning hardship or postponement of enforcement proceedings (provided the relevant information has been provided to AusDigi Pty Ltd)
If you are not satisfied with our final decision, you can refer the matter to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission by visiting their website at www.accc.gov.au
We may, from time to time, add or remove information, products or services from this Site without notice.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice, and we may terminate your access to this Site at any time without notice. Your continued use of this Site following such notification will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the Terms as amended. Where your access to this Site is terminated, all disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms will survive.
