All technicians and staff are reminded of the following :
No person other than AusDigi staff are authorised to provide approval for additional time, payments, changes to SOW, re-routing or other material changes to jobs and processes.
Additionally, technicians are not approved to communicate directly with AusDigi clients regarding such matters except to discuss technical details with the end user, training, and those items as specifically covered under the SOW’s and/or as requested by an AusDigi senior staff member on a case by case basis.
Under no circumstances should a technician ever, without the expressed permission of an AusDigi senior staff member discuss any details surrounding SOW changes, additional time or payments, financial information or amendments to works.
In all circumstances, requests for job scope changes or payments are to be made only to AusDigi senior staff either prior to attending site or from site prior to the completion of the works.
No claims for additional time, change of scope, or remuneration will be honoured where the technician has not contacted AusDigi staff to have these change(s) approved prior to obtaining client signature at the completion of the job.
A further reminder that Verizon work must show an accurate start time and finish time for such claims to be assessed against, and failure to start travel when leaving for site, starting the job on arrival and finishing the job from site on completion may result in any such claim being dismissed without further evidence.
Please therefore ensure you are following the AusDigi Scope of Works for Verizon Work management, only discussion works changes with AusDigi, and doing so in a timely fashion from site or prior to attendance to avoid claims being dismissed.
The only authorised discussions technicians may hold directly with AusDigi clients are technical related discussions with client tech support, job closures where this is a requirement of the job, or as agreed directly with AusDigi senior staff on a case by case basis or as outlined in the Scope of Works. No other discussions should take place with AusDigi clients.
If you wish to alter a task, move a task, change the time of a task, apply for additional payment for a task, report an issue with a task, or alter the scope of a task, please ensure you contact AusDigi only, prior to or during the task.
