When choosing parts for LG repairs, please use the part number to order.
If a part number is not available, please provide the full model number (including the .AAU or similar suffix) and serial number of the screen.
Part numbers generally have an EAY/EBU (and others but this gives you the idea) type number, call if not sure how to identify while standing in front of the equipment.
In some instances (notably the 49XE-4F we have recently been advised that there is no part number on the power supply, in which case the PSU can be identified using serial number and full model umber (including suffix). For those that have had difficulty obtaining part numbers for those PSU’s we apologise, LG have only just advised this part number is now covered by a heatsink unlike early models so you wont be able to see it.
A reminder that unused parts are returned in same condition they were received in (including packaging) and will be collected by LG. If an unused part is damaged or not in original packaged condition when returned the value will be charged back to you at cost.
