Moving forward for all FLEETMARK repairs for 49XE4F units we request that a factory reset be performed after repairs. FLEETMARK is requesting this.

I also want to remind you to collect UTT on all repairs as we have been requested this information by our Head Office in South Korea.

Please also ensure you capture GPS photo facing where the screen faces on every site (except Fleetmark as they are already removed from site) and to update the firmware.

Failure to perform the above may result in payment being rejected.
