Technicians are never to add notes to a job regarding changes to schedule without calling AusDigi to advise of the same.
AusDigi only checks notes in jobs after the job has been started. Staff do not check notes on all jobs throughout the day “just in case” a technician might have added a note.
If a technician contacts a client and they request a date change or any other type of change, you must always call AusDigi or email so that we are aware this change has been made.
