A new guide has been uploaded to the tech portal for the upgrade of TMod services where errors are occurring after the recent change to Satellite broadcast overloading some output transponders.
In the first instance where possible you should upgrade the TMod to a TSR.
If this is not possible you will need to update the TMod using your laptop.
Please ensure you take your laptop to every Sky Service Call!
